- 1 Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 cup of Broccoli florets

- 1 cup of diced Purple Cabbage
- 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp of Cornstarch
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
