Ingredients:

    • 8 rice paper wrappers
    • 2 cups cooked vermicelli noodles
    • 1 cup shredded carrots
    • 1 cup thinly sliced cucumbers
    • 1 cup bean sprouts
    • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
