Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
- 1 cup of fresh green peas
- 1 cup of Arborio rice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until aromatic.
- Add the rice and stir until it becomes translucent.
- Pour in the wine, stirring continuously until the liquid is absorbed.
- Add the broth, one cup at a time, stirring and making sure each cup is absorbed before adding the next.
