    • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus
    • 1 cup of fresh green peas
    • 1 cup of Arborio rice
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 4 cups vegetable broth

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

    1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until aromatic.

    4. Add the broth, one cup at a time, stirring and making sure each cup is absorbed before adding the next.
