Ingredients:

    • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2
    • Onion – 1, chopped
    • Carrots – 2, chopped
    • Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
    • Garlic cloves – 3, minced
    • Chicken broth – 4 cups
    • Fresh thyme – 1 tsp
    • Fresh rosemary – 1/2 tsp
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • Coconut oil – 2 tsp

Instructions:
