Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2
- Onion – 1, chopped
- Carrots – 2, chopped
- Celery – 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic cloves – 3, minced
- Chicken broth – 4 cups
- Fresh thyme – 1 tsp
- Fresh rosemary – 1/2 tsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a large pot, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
