- 500g of Large Shrimp
- 3 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 5 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Zest
- 4 tbsp of fresh Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped Parsley
