Ingredients:
- 200g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 200g Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions:
- Cook the spinach leaves in a pan with water until they become tender.
- Blend the cooked spinach, tomatoes and green chilies to a fine puree.
- Saute ginger-garlic paste in oil until it turns golden brown.
- Add the spinach puree, garam masala, salt and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Finally, add the paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Palak paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy it with flatbread or rice.
