Ingredients:
- – 1.5 kg ripe tomatoes
– 1 large onion
– 1 red bell pepper
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 75g brown sugar
– 150ml red wine vinegar
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
