    • 250g Tempeh
    • 1 Red Bell Pepper
    • 1 Green Bell Pepper
    • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    • 1 large Cucumber
    • 200g mixed Salad Greens
    • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
    • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

    1. Cut the tempeh into slices and brush them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
