Ingredients:

  • 300g Fresh Paneer
  • 1 cup Dairy Butter
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Small handful Coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the pureed tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.
  4. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add paneer cubes and cook for few minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
