    • 1 cup of Breadcrumbs
    • 1 Grated Carrot
    • 1 Grated Apple
    • 1 cup of Dried Mixed Fruit

    • 2 tsp Mixed Spice
    • 1 tsp Baking Soda
    • Zest of 1 Lemon
    • 2 Beaten Eggs
    • 2 tbsp Dark Rum
    • 1 cup of Ale

Instructions:

    2. Add the beaten eggs, rum, and ale. Stir well until mixed.
