Ingredients:
- 500g strong bread flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 sachets dried easy blend yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300ml cold water
- 2 handfuls fresh rosemary, chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, olive oil, and half the water. Stir gently.
- Gradually add the remaining water until you have a cohesive dough. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
