Ingredients:
– 1 lb of Beef sirloin strips
– 1 Medium onion, sliced
– 2 Cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 Cup of mushrooms, sliced
– 1 Cup of beef broth
– 1 Cup of sour cream
– 2 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and brown on all sides. Once browned, remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
3. Add flour to the skillet, stirring to coat the veggies.
4. Slowly add beef broth, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
5. Return beef to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. With heat off, stir in sour cream until fully combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
