Ingredients:

    • Rice noodles – 200g
    • Firm tofu – 200g
    • Broccoli – 1 cup
    • Bell pepper – 1 cup
    • Carrots – 1 cup
    • Sweet soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
    • Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
    • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons
    • Sesame seeds – for garnishing
    • Green onions – for garnishing

Instructions:

    1. Boil the rice noodles as per package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
    2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and saute the tofu until it’s golden brown. Remove the tofu and set it aside.
