    • 1 lemongrass stalk
    • 3 kaffir lime leaves
    • 2 tbs grated palm sugar
    • 400 ml coconut milk
    • Spice paste:
    • 5 dried red chillies
    • 3 shallots
    • 4 garlic cloves
    • 3cm piece of ginger
    • 3cm piece of galangal

Instructions:

    1. Cut the beef into large chunks.
