Ingredients:
- Chickpeas: 2 cups
- Bhature flour: 3 cups
- Chopped onion and tomatoes: 1 cup each
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Spices (Cumin, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander, Garam masala): 1 tablespoon each
- Fresh coriander leaves: 1 bunch
Instructions:
- Soak and cook chickpeas until soft.
