Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchini
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooking spray
– 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut the zucchini into halves and set it aside.
3. In a round bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic to prepare the marinade.
4. Brush the zucchini halves with this marinade.
