Ingredients:

    • 200g Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
    • 200g Fresh Spinach Leaves
    • 2 Medium Sized Tomatoes
    • 2 Green Chilies
    • 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
    • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    • Salt to Taste
    • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    • 1 Cup Water

Instructions:

    1. Cook the spinach leaves in a pan with water until they become tender.
    2. Blend the cooked spinach, tomatoes and green chilies to a fine puree.
    3. Saute ginger-garlic paste in oil until it turns golden brown.
    4. Add the spinach puree, garam masala, salt and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
    5. Finally, add the paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
    6. Palak paneer is ready to serve. Enjoy it with flatbread or rice.
