Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 2 cups frozen lima beans
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
