Ingredients:
- 200g of chestnuts, roasted & peeled
- 150g of cranberries
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Add chestnuts and cranberries to the pan. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled bread. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the stuffing into a baking dish and cover with tin foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes. For the last 15 minutes, remove the tin foil.
- Let it cool before serving. Enjoy your festive feast!
