- 1 large cauliflower, riced
- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
