Ingredients:

    • 1 large cauliflower, riced
    • 500g chicken breast, diced
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 carrots, diced
    • 1 cup peas
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
