Ingredients:
- 1lb fresh Asparagus
- 2 cups Arborio Rice
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 5 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic, sauté until golden.
- Add the Arborio rice to the pan and stir continuously until the edges become translucent.
