Ingredients:

    • 1lb fresh Asparagus
    • 2 cups Arborio Rice
    • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
    • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
    • 5 cups Vegetable Broth
    • 1 cup Dry White Wine
    • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

    1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic, sauté until golden.

    7. Remove from heat, and stir in grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
