Ingredients:
- 1kg ripe tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
